Any author’s out there? Partner Publish?
I’ve gotten an offer from a large Publishing Co. to “Partner Publish” with them. I don’t want to self publish or pay for my own PR and scheduling, etc. This company gets their authors great interview spots and many books are global best sellers. Being a first time author I’d need to purchase the first 1000 books at 30% of sales price; the rest I would get royalties from and the publishing house claims they spend about $15K in PR. Anyone have any advice here? I haven’t “shopped” my manuscript around yet.
A real publisher does NOT make the author pay to be published.
