Where can I publish one copy of a book?
I want to publish a book, but I just want one copy.
I have written something for my wife and wish to give it to her as a surprise, but I want to know if there are any places/websites that will publish a single hardcover version of the book I have written.
Everywhere I search, I only find things for people who want mulitple copies, but I just want to make one copy; one for her.
The book is relatively 200 pages.

You wont get it ‘published’ as this is a ‘release to the market’ thing.
Go into one of the big copy shop chains and ask about printing it in ‘book format’ then getting it hardback bound (if they can’t get it bound then look up ‘book binding’ in a local directory or on the net).
